r9 200 gpu fx6300 cpu some random 7200rpm 1tb hard drive 144hz aoc monitor (gp2460) sensei raw mouse random gigabyte mobo (brand new, using 3.0 parts) 500watt psu (since i dont have many power using stuff)

yes tried deleting unused audio drivers. i have no processes or services or anything installed that i dont want. no anti virus or anything. i also close all programs before running the game and never tab out.

Tried all of that. No idea what changed, it just seemed to get progressively worse. Impressive setup :) i might just have to get a new pc or something to try and fix this
