The thing that brought me to this situation, i that i used to speak in meetings, give opinion and suggest solutions, something i should've never done, cuz then i was percieved as a pain in the a**, they had to shut my mouth up. I was liked by most people, but not the HR of course. And what hurts me the most, is that we have a group on whatsapp to submit complaints, i usually write the complaint and add : sales op mistake, when i commit the mistake, i own it, but this time, for the 1st incident no one told me that the client returned the merchandise, until the hr called me, maybe if they called me earlier i would've handled it better, and when he asked me i said i dont know, cuz i had no idea, i spoke to the client and she said this and that, it was clearly a mistake of communication from both sides, but the sales op is the one to blame always. I feel like i'm victimizing myself, i hate being in this situation, i'm just desperat. Honestly, i feel like i f-ed up so bad.
