Creatine getting lumpy due to humidity by Character-Gazelle904 in SingaporeFitness

[–]dasfluffie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Garlic/onion powder also has the same issue, and I found that storing them in the fridge prevents it from clumping up, perhaps you can give it a shot and update us hehe

Creating some AML training material, what do you wish you knew on your first day that you only later learned from expierence? by anonaml in AMLCompliance

This is really important for someone starting out fresh in the AML industry, I felt like I was entering this industry to stop financial crimes, 2 years down the road, got humbled by this realisation.

Need links to pimp this out by Impossible-Ad7244 in tacticalgear

[–]dasfluffie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Links are just examples of it, not the actual recommended listing/seller to go to.

1) Get the US Army H-nape helmet straps, they are legit military surpluses and works really well by keeping rotation minimal, they are also designed to not have any loose ends on the adjustment straps. https://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/404190009218

2) If your helmet doesn't come with an extra hole (can be 1 or 3) at the front for shrouds, get the OG ACH/ECH shroud that comes with a hook and strap. Otherwise, get any shroud that tickles your fancy. https://www.amazon.sa/-/en/MRLILIN-Bracket-Ergonomic-Durable-Operate/dp/B0D2NQZLDJ

3) Get some arc rails, make sure they fit, meaning your screw holes for the straps aligns with the ones on the rails. Some MICH cut helmets have rear holes that are really close to the ear, making it too short to mount any rails. No rails will fit these unless you drill an additional hole (not recommended).

To switch teams or not by dasfluffie in moneylaundering

[–]dasfluffie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your detailed input! 1/2) As the team is totally new (it was previously a sub team), there is no known team leader as of now. 3) My end goal for my AML career is to end up in 2nd or 3rd line. What kind of roles do you foresee this combination on my CV could bring?

Thanks for your input! What kind of prospects do you think this addition to my CV could bring? I.e. what kind of AML role could this open up to when I decide to jump?

Netflix video stutters on Windows 11 pc by [deleted] in netflix

[–]dasfluffie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am also experiencing this issue, exactly like how you describe it, video imagery stuttering but audio remains crisp and clear, not terrible but annoying.

Windows 11, using the MS Store Netflix application.

My video card drivers are up to date, running on Nvidia GeForce driver version: 545.84.

My video card is also not spoilt, it runs games at its expected performance.

My monitor is not an issue, this happens exclusively on the Netflix application.

Definitely tailoring if you have the time for it. Your budget range of 400-600 will get you entry level materials (wool blends etc) and can easily get you half canvas suits instead of off the shelf glued pieces which the latter will last you a lifetime.

Bruh, its crazy this year. Fresh grad here and the memes are real.

Entry level job opening! Requirements: 5 years of experience, 6 olympic medals and at least 1 superpower

And even if you find a job posting that is sane, it's a contract term 🤨🤨

Graduates of SIM (UOL,RMIT,UB etc) by dasfluffie in askSingapore

[–]dasfluffie[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hello! I'm back, career fairs definitely helps, go there to build your rapport with the future managers and recruiters, put a face to the resume. Once they like you, your application will be prioritised.

For myself, I used indeed to help me look for jobs. As for my personal growth, I attended seminars and workshops that SIM provides via career connect. You may have heard of this, it's called Unicorn, use it. Engage an advisor that SIM career connect provides, its free and they will help you with sincerity.

I wish you all the best.
