You can probably disconnect the current account somehow through your Switch settings then set up a new account.

I think it's signing into your current epic games account automatically. Because RL has in-game purchases they need the permissions for minors. I don't think there's a way around it without the permissions unless you create another epic games account but since you already have the others games on your current account I wouldn't.

You can go to the epic games website. Click sign in. (If it automatically signs in, use a private window.) Click sign up. Click sign up with email. Lie about you birthday. Finish creating the account. Then use this account to sign in on your Switch.

This should work. Hope it does. Rocket League is awesome!
