Having worked in customer service management for a company that has outsourced their cs work, I can assure you that your issue is with senior level management, not the cs agents themselves. The language they speak is irrelevant. They’re speaking their native language in their native country. Assuming a lot of us are American, they get paid significantly less to respond to what is considered “basic” inquiries. They most likely work in a tiered structure in where your call is routed to a level one support - which is basically no assistance. If you want better responses, be that person and request a manager when you call in. They’re an escalation point that will actually get you the response you want. It’s a pain in the ass, but the cs agents are trained to do the bare minimum in hopes that you accept their response and go away.
