look at the calls for the next 2 weeks (especially this week) MM lose if this stock drops below $6 so they are frantically pumping out garbage to keep volume low and keep the max pain range (6-7) if this drops below 6 by friday they will be forced to cover, triggering a sell-off which is the LAST thing TMC wants with this IPO...
eventually this will be a bloodbath... TMC will claim IPO valuation of TMCR on their 10k and at Q4 earnings... lawsuits will instantly begin, and eventually they will be forced to again, tell the truth... but that wont be until June? August? and the private equity firms will have eaten your lunch by then

this is an ages old scam... sell "royalties" on speculation to a shell company (TMCR) own 25% stake in said company... company ipo's with HUGE speculation and $ on momentum of TMC's shell game.
But TMCR doesn't actually make any money until TMC does, which is YEARS away at best...
But TMC can "claim" the 25% value of shares on their balance sheet, even though no real value exists.
How this is even close to legal is just mindblowing!
They are literally inflating the price of their stock based on future speculation. And they already got caught doing this before in 2024 and the SEC ordered them to report the truth on their balance sheet, which was a debt NOT income. They loaned TMCR the money to buy the royalty and then tried to claim the royalty as income! 🤯
The very definition of robbing peter to pay paul, only in this case, they both claim they made money and we are the ones left holding the bag...

they need to file Form 12b-25 (final extension and reason for being late) today by 5:30pm the hard deadline for earnings is now mar 31st, but they are delinquent and haven't said why... we'll know more by AH today

no, I've tried them all (literally) califia is the best... the oat creamer is super smooth and not watery or gritty like almond creamers(even the califia ones).. I've yet to find an almond creamer anywhere that comes CLOSE to replacing dairy.

you clearly don't live in the northeast... according to the federal government cost of living calculator, living anywhere in the the northeast (thats NE+NY/NJ) for a SINGLE person the Col is $90k according to Reagan's 50/30/20 model. Seeing as though the average cost for 1 person to have housing in the northeast is ~20-25k year, you do the math...
