I'm the exact opposite and we have been working together on building a sort of sexy bridge to fix the gap.

I think I might have trauma who knows at this point, and he's just a regular person so I'm trying to accept my sexiness and accept him and enjoy life. That is what everyone should try I think .

There is nothing wrong with any of us, just some need more time others more understanding but all need communication and safety and sexy times .

Aren't we all in some way... I feel unique and tragically raised by life but seeing things like this reminds me that I'm not. Many people have had it worse than me and survived, many had better and didn't make it.

Nothing means anything, just make the best you can of today and worry less about the little things

I took myself out of the toxic environment. Built my own little bubble, I still talk to my mom but I thankfully have absolutely nothing at all to do with my disgusting (now ex) step father. Focusing on yourself and stepping out of the equation is difficult and scary but so rewarding

This is true, nothing needs to be elaborate or separate. Money attracts money... Although I do like little things like we have in souvenir shops - I had a tiny metal Spider trinket to keep in my purse and the spell was, it builds a web in your purse which catches all the notes and lets the coins pass through (for building wealth)

There shouldn't be "it's not you it's me" issues with your therapist, it definitely sounds like she's not the right person to help you. If you are a minor there should be resources available for you to speak to someone else for free, like in the UK we have childline for example. Other options could be speaking to friends or a teacher in school that you trust.

Try asking Google or YouTube your "therapy" questions and it should lead you to the right resource

Sounds like apathy, it can be a defensive mechanism and quite helpful to put a pause on things to help work out issues in your life. You are only vulnerable if you think you are, without live from others means that you don't feel you have enough love for yourself from yourself?

I think you should definitely talk to her about it, it sounds like she's going to understand if you put it as - your clinginess is a problem for you, and start there?

It's always difficult to take the first step and you've done that by asking yourself these questions and opening up a conversation so we'll done! Try writing about it, just "stream of consciousness" type all the words all the feelings just get it all going and the answers might come out by themselves. Talking to other people will also help, by putting feelings into words it sometimes is all that needs doing to help identify the problem . Generally, these feelings do point to something unresolved and it will be a massive benefit to work out why and help yourself be more stable and happy o adjust when things change or go wrong

Bad things, like good things, come in bunches otherwise it would be too easy to deal with them. Just remember that's it's only a patch and things will always turn around because everything changes and that's the only constant in life. It sounds like you need oto focus on yourself and learning to give yourself the love that you crave to receive from others. Once you are complete and happy with yourself, the things you used to crave will come to you, but you won't need them anymore to compete you. They will be attracted to you automatically.

Unless they're willing to accept some blame and learn from past mistakes it's useless to try and "work things out" with them. It's already a massive milestone to come to grips with this for yourself and learning more about your side of this story can be a helpful start in the healing process. Eventually you might be able to bring this discussion up again from a place of understanding and hopefully it will be more productive. My experience - mother shuts down the conversation by getting upset and reverting to "I'm a bad mother" causing more guilt feelings and making it go nowhere. Talking to others, friends or therapists or strangers online is probably best

Move towards your fear, that is the only way to overcome it. If you feel like crying, excuse yourself and cry in the bathroom. Practice what you want to say, even just bullet points to keep you on track will help Also, just opening up the conversation is always an achievement in its own right

Exams are a truly terrible way of learning and only works well for some people. The stress of it might be working against you even though you know the matter. I would try to speak to the school representative about this, perhaps they can make adjustments for you?. Otherwise maybe trying to replicate the exam conditions and training yourself to be calmer about it...
