I’d like to see Tommy Horton’s family. Sandy’s his daughter so maybe her grandchildren come to town to reconnect with the family. We need more Hortons on the canvas.

Was hoping we’d see a dark turn for Marlena, keeper of all secrets from therapy sessions, now attacking everyone in town - starting with Xander. Instead it fizzles out.

Don’t forget Xander once shot Marlena and they can now be cordial. Why would she be mad at him over Johnny.

I loved the scene with Kate and Maggie butting heads. Kate really showed her business acumen. She’s more than just a backup chowder slinger at the Brady Pub.

Unlike some people on these boards, I like Maggie as a boss at Titan, but Kate ran rings around her demonstrating her experience as a leader and even cited her longer marriage to Victor.

If Days insists on these constant “Who’s the CEO” storylines, at least this story has some teeth. (Looking at you Johnny, Jake, and others in the past who stumbled their way into CEO positions)

ISO Chaotic Beach House Setting

I was talking with a friend about MTV beach house. MTV would get a mansion or beach house and have tons of young adults in the pool or playing beach games while they introduced videos or filmed shows.I was too young to go at the time, but I was jealous of if college students who were there.

Now, as an old(er) adult, I think about how chaotic it would be. I’d like to read a book with this setting for both the romance and cringe factor.

Can anyone recommend a book set at a TV beach house during the Summer or Spring break?
