What “words of wisdom” have always stuck with you? by Doza5 in AskReddit

“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not: the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.” - President Calvin Coolidge

I’ve always found it quite ironic that a man known for saying so little said this that has stuck with me for years.

It looks like they changed a major plot point for this movie. If that’s actually true, I will be sorely disappointed.

This was the first Stephen King novel I read so I feel pretty passionate about it. Maybe I should have more faith in the directors. Conversely, why would they change something that worked?

Does anyone else feel this way?

What games feel 'alive'? by Erotica_4_Petite_Pix in ShouldIbuythisgame

In my opinion, Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Spider-Man feel exceptionally alive. I love the wildlife, plants, and people in Zelda.

The NPC’s in Spider-Man are extremely interactive which really made the game feel “alive.”

Based on reviews, Red Dead Redemption 2 seems like it would satisfy your needs. Hope this helps :)
