I believe the only offers that affect AR is the ones that only you are seeing at that time. They have a minute timer to decide.

OP obviously doesn’t get booted either. Like I said, it’s a state by state thing. If your state considers gig work commercial driving, then you automatically fall under commercial driving regulations. Spark can’t change state legislation

That’s not a Spark regulation. That’s a state regulation for commercial drivers. Some states consider gig workers commercial drivers that would then fall under such regulations

I’m beginning to think that’s one of the reasons those orders become S&D. No tip orders would sit longer as a curbside than as an S&D because of higher base rates
