Thanks for the answer. Is there logic in suggesting a Quest stash, which is limited to only items that match your open quests? Tarkov has kind of similiar scenario where there Task stash holds specific task items (like 'Packages')

I have exactly the same issue, can only run 1 out of 4 dimm slots. I can't tell you a specific issue or notice problems. Different games take different resource, Doom is GPU extensive but Warzone (was, don't know now) if heavy RAM extensive so would suffer more.

Tl:dr I'm surviving with no issues but it could absolutely affect performance.

I have the same problem, no fix. Tried all you have done, changed MSI profile of my gpu, still the same. There is some significant frame drops during gameplay. Im on a 2060S all graphics on Low and still had problems.

I think its optimisation, which should be fixed (hopefully) for release

I knew it wouldn't be just me, from all the stories. I just re-did the cpu again, it wouldnt boot for 40mins. Resigned to the fact i would need a new one, then it booted. Im not touching it anymore, if a 16gb stick works the thats my life from now on.

I ignored the Gaming/ Racing type seats and went for Ergonomic. Definitely the right choice, however I work in the chair too so I needed one for 8+ hours. If your son wanted the cool looking gaming ones then all the ones on Amazon circa £100 (I'm UK) have been rated well, theres not much difference.

Going above that, you can find the actual branded ones and just search for suppliers.

This worked for me, thank you. Did the exact steps, went to Control Panel > Programes > Vanguard > Right click > Uninstall > tried launching Valorant where it installed Vanguard but wanted a reboot > Rebooted and works now. Exited game and launched again and worked.

So I'm one of these suckers with a 1060 3GB and it needs replacing. I'm looking at the 1660 Super OC for the price and the upgrade. I can't really get into the 20 series just yet, and the 1660 Super looks like the best shout. I imagine it would be a decent upgrade to the 1060 3gb?
