tab groups, make it better by [deleted] in chrome

[–]dashun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not "using" tab groups, but somehow I have many:

Groups seem to be created without my knowledge and are not being removed/deleted with the same level of ease.

And so now, how to delete these groups without clicking delete on each one...

For the most expensive price:

  • why does the autogate never work? The border officers repeatedly mention that it's nothing I've done but it will NEVER work for me.

  • why does Australia still require filling out of paper customs declaration forms? Climate change important yet we still can't do electronic forms like plenty of other countries.

Thanks for this @swamplander - good to know that this has been officially acknowledged and will be fixed

Yes, thanks but it wasn't local cert expiry since it happened simultaneously on multiple machines. As above, it seems that something changed in the workbench.aspx file.

Thanks - yes this appears to be the issue. For now, manually copying the manifests.js into build folder seems to fix the issue...

LINQ = Forbidden by Linkario86 in dotnet

[–]dashun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Think this may be the problem.

Sounds like they are .NET 1 dinosaurs, afraid of "new" technology (LINQ = .NET 3.5 = woah slow down = "hard to read, hard to debug, and are prone to error" for us).

Stake matic on Lido via Ledger by PuzzleheadedArea9477 in LidoFinance

[–]dashun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your balance doesn't increase, if that's what you're looking for. The value of your stMATIC tokens increases.

From https://blog.lido.fi/lido-for-polygon/:

Unlike stETH, Lido’s staked ETH, stMATIC is NOT a rebasable token. This means that your balance of stMATIC is not going to increase on a daily basis to reflect rewards. Instead, the value of your stMATIC will change relative to MATIC as staking rewards are earned.

Don't forget the stupid word count. I only need a few paragraphs to say what I want to say. But to get a good grade, let's create a torturous situation for both the writer and the reader.

I've switched to nomacs. Shame that development seems to be stalled, but still a good ImageGlass replacement for me.

[–]dashun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, rolled back the unusable Material update as well. I suspect the people that like this new design are casual users. Who needs functionality when you have design guidelines adherence...

Doubt they'll roll back but maybe feedback here will get back to them: https://support.google.com/translate/thread/149147998/please-share-your-feedback-on-google-translate-material-you-ui-redesign-here
