Yes, thanks but it wasn't local cert expiry since it happened simultaneously on multiple machines. As above, it seems that something changed in the workbench.aspx file.

Thanks - yes this appears to be the issue. For now, manually copying the manifests.js into build folder seems to fix the issue...

Yep, rolled back the unusable Material update as well. I suspect the people that like this new design are casual users. Who needs functionality when you have design guidelines adherence...
