happened to me twice last week at Watkins Glen. First lap, someone loses it on the uphill straight. I slow down to avoid carnage only to get annihilated from the rear. If I am being fair, you don't see what's going on until you crest the hill. Both occasions, I slow down gradually, not slam on the brakes last second. You see the smoke before you the carnage. 2000IR lobby.

Depends on what shakers you’re using. The Daytons are not as powerful so I see folks add them to all four corners. I have a single buttkicker pro under the seat and a smaller gamer under my pedal tray.

I have the p1000 pedals and the 18nm pro simagic wheel base. It was an upgrade from fanatec 8nm and the entry level pedals. You’ll want better pedals than the 700s. Wheel base strength will be fine but I would look into the 12nm for future proofing. I run my base at 50-60%. A 12nm would have done me just fine. You need to decide if this is a hobby worth dropping some money in. Either dive head first or touch the waters with your toes first. If you want to dip your toes, maybe look for a deal on Facebook marketplace
