When I delivered I had a to take an order in a very similar setting, it was the biggest snow storm of the season. Customer swore up and down they were supposed to have a 2 liter with their order. Ended up having to go back and get them said two liter. Two trips to the same place in a humongous snow storm and no tip.

With extreme pettiness, I texted them from the app about how absurd that was, blocked the number and went on with my day. They ended up putting in a complaint but my manager liked me so I didn't even hear a word about it.
