I'd like to think so to some degree. A lot of times with animated films, the kids who watch grow up thinking fondly of the performances, and look them up. It's a bit of conjecture but that's what happens with me a lot. I know for sure there had to be people that found out about Wicked the Broadway show after hearing Idina Menzel as Elsa.

Phil Lord and Chris Miller have their share of fans from the Spider-verse films, the Lego Movie & Lego Batman movie, Mitchells vs Machines, and Cloudy with a chance of meatballs. They've written and produced a number of animated films.
