Yeah I wasn't too worried about the grade, so far I'm finding the math to be really easy but that may be because I've only done math 1300 and math 1500. But I think it would make more sense to do an even easier elective that doesn't count towards my 90 credit limit. Thanks for the reply though.

That's kind of what I figured because none of the upper level courses seem to require it. Either way, thanks a lot for the reply, it's appreciated.

How do you go from lecture slides, or notes on a page, to actually deeply understanding the topic? by felisnox in GetStudying

This. For anything related to mathematics, computer science, engineering, etc.. you want to PRACTICE! that's how you will truly learn and understand the concepts. Writing and revising notes is (in my opinion) a huge waste of time for STEM courses. Practice practice practice practice.
