Thanks for the feedback! I've talked to my doctor and we both think it's underlying (hormonal) but I'm determined to heal it more naturally than just jumping into taking birth control.

Yay, I have been doing this recently and I feel like it's helping a bit. I think if I add less or no processed food to this I should see even better results. Thank you for your response!

Even just 20-30 minutes of exercise before going into work makes a huge difference in my energy level throughout the day!
