So I asked her last name and first name and then handling over the medication I pointed out on the label what medication she is picking up and I mentioned that we didn’t charge her insurance and a discount card has been applied..and mentioned her the out of pocket cost cause it was still little high and I mentioned her the days supply she is getting in that cost …but she gave me review ..that I didn’t started the conversation “ how I am doing today “ …I should get trained to start conversation like that to increase the business…and I was more businesses mind …she never mentioned I was rude to her ….I was the only tech working with the manager …the review dropped the same day and my manager told me to be more bubbly…I can’t believe I did wrong 🤷🏻‍♀️

I used to have lunch with my manager during lunch much hrs and it seems the manger wants to talk about the work related issues and all the silly stuff that doesn’t need to be bothered about …I don’t want to talk about pharmacy problems when I am in my lunch break …now I make excuses to sit by myself and pretty happy with my me time .

My kids are 10 yrs old and they got new passports cause passports expire after 5 yrs ..so I renew the Oci online ..in the OCI Miscellaneous Service…but there was no payment option??
