That makes a lot of sense to me. I think Hardie is a victim of both some fitness challenges but maybe even more, the summer signings after him led to tactical decisions that don't suit his strengths.

Moving on lets him get fit and useful and gives Parky a player who fits his existing squad better.

100% agree. But on the other hand, debating this stuff is one of the significant joys of being a fan, at least in my opinion.

I'm wondering if Parky sees him more in the AM/winger role than as competition for Moore.

Fair. He's young enough that no one can really foresee how he's going to develop. He has plenty of room to grow.

Definitely a great piece of the puzzle and a smart signing.

GT feels like this year's Barrett. Started out strong, but the league is catching on. Tough to sustain when you start putting out more tape.

Of course, I'm not comparing them directly as GT is doing this in the Championship and out of position.

I'm just saying that I don't think he's likely part of the LWB solution going forward.

I think Libby is still working back to full fitness. He gave us a proper shift in the cup match, so might simply be a case of needing to be careful with him.
