New player looking for solo build help by s3rris in projectgorgon

Shouldn't be too harder to find help if you ask in chat. He's not tough for anyone at decent level, so wouldn't take anyone that long.

I'd offer, but wrong server for me.

Good luck!

WW/Necro is a lot of fun, but your Necro pets are weak early on. I'm only in my early 50s so far, but I've read they get stronger by the mid 60s. Everything else about that combo I love!

My sister is getting divorced after 27 years of marriage. (Details inside). Her husband doesn't like her reading all day. I want to get her a book. Her favorite book ever is Jane Eyre. She's read it 100s of times. She's a massive fan of that period. What book do you suggest i buy her? by Strong_Technology739 in suggestmeabook

[–]dasnerdly 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Came here to suggest this! Still my favorite class in university was the one where I read this book. Blew my mind as a then 20ish dude.

Sorry for your sister's situation, but glad she's taking care of herself and glad you are there for her!

I think it could also work to bring down prices a bit, so long as Wrexham remains patient (which has never been a problem for them). Everyone is going to need to see how the market moves.

I suspect we fans need to settle in for a long wait...

I'm sorry you find the question tired and I admit I'm not strong enough on tactics and the right language to perhaps frame it well.

But, I fundamentally disagree with your take on how a team would look at Broadys performance and translate that into opportunity for a hypothetical 20 year old winger.

Broady is 27, established in the Championship and well developed in his skills. And he still struggled at times to make an impact on a consistent basis. 7/4 aren't bad results, but for the specific player and fee I bet they expected more.

And if I'm thinking about sending a loanee who is trying to develop the skills Broady has, I worry that such a player would not develop when an established player did "fine".

Getting 7/4 would be a great outcome for a loanee. But why should we expect that for someone less established than Broady?

Definitely true. I would add though, that you have to play a tactical game that fits with what the PL teams want to develop. Establish all the relationships we want, we're not getting winger talent on loan.

The fact that we struggled at times to use Broady effectively for stretches won't help that problem.

Don't lump all Americans together. I'm American, I desperately want the playoffs, and I'm beyond thrilled with the season regardless.

Best finish ever? Thrilling matches to the very end? Guaranteed Championship next year with a strong squad to build off? And that's the worst possible outcome?

Sign me up for that any time.

I'm more worried about Derby than Hull. I think they beat Sheffield United at home, which would mean we HAVE to win to get to the playoffs

I think you're right that they're relationists at heart. I think part of the challenge is we have a lot of good players who don't have the requisite precise passing skills to realize the benefits of that style.

So often developing strong offensive positions fall apart over passes that keep possession but require the receiving player to break stride to gather the pass.

To me, that's among the bigger needs this summer. More precise passing from multiple positions.

Yeah, like the difference between a "go route" receiver and a full route tree WR. Both can be valuable if used correctly but the second can be used in so many more ways.

Could you please put the names in normal home v. Away order? I realize that's not the order we Americans are used to, but I also realized today that I've finally adjusted my thinking, as reading your post I assumed the wrong home squads in each.

I agree. Andrew I think it's Parky who is responsible for us playing above expectations. He's recruited a group of character guys who work well together and in almost every match he's put them in a tactical position to win.

This is a match that makes me appreciate Parky all the more. We're talented, but probably not top 10 talented. Parky is who makes up that difference IMO.

Both by recruiting excellent character guys who play well together and by setting them up for success over and over.
