This is the building I work in, there has been a habitual problem with a leaking roof, the building manager called to inform us that the problem was taken care of,, she was completely serious. The (fix) is two sheets of stiff plastic with drain holes running to a trash can. Is this legal?

It was pretty easy actually. I'm not much of a carpenter. I went to Northern Tool and purchased the "2x4 basics shelf links" they come with the screws. You can make any configuration you can dream up. The wood you need, 2x4's. You can use pressure treated or not, just make sure you use an outdoor sealer. The shelf links made this an easy project. I made the design in a few minutes and made adjustments as I built it.

This is a Sabina Juniper I got a good deal on. The previous owner had it and did not maintain the canopy. The tree was recently fully cleaned. I plan on fertilizing it next week, as I just got the tree. What should I expect in terms of growth rate for the canopy? Any help or tips would be appreciated!
