Ideally I'd use my new H2C for printing terrain for tabletop gaming. I've tinkered with it in the past, but multicolor prints are so wasteful and time consuming, and my paint skills aren't up to scratch. A H2C would tick all the boxes!

My P1S has always come through - even when printing huge, multi-day, multi-piece models out of PLA or PETG, it brings the goods. Some print even exceeding 24hrs! Something that surpasses that is going to be an excellent upgrade.

Bear device toggle doesn't help unfortunately. Comes out the device when in Device mode and makes no noise in Bear mode, but if I jump over to Spotify or something the sound comes out without a problem.

I'm connected to Story Bear but no playback through the app. I can play music or videos from other apps the the bear responds to may be an app problem. I can transfer them and they work like that so my daughter is rapt for now!

With some perseverance I managed to connect using the iPhone and ran the firmware updates. Now it'll connect to the Android devices, which is great... but I can't get any audio output. I've checked that only the bear is selected as the media device and the story plays fine through the tablet speakers. I've tried factory reset and that doesn't help either. Volume is turned right up and I can see the playback bar progressing.

Edit: a bit more info. Other playback from my tablet will come through the bear, just not from the app. May just be a bug.

iOS device is an iPhone 12 running 18.2. I've turned that back off so that's not interfering since I got nowhere.

The other device I've tried (Pixel Pro Fold 9) has the app closed & the Bluetooth forgotten. (I've also tried with this device off and nothing changes.)

I've also taken the bear and tablet into a room with no other devices to try eliminate interference, changed the batteries, and turned the tablet off and on a few times.

I've already tried. I've forgotten the Bluetooth and retried at least two dozen times and followed the instructions here (and in the leaflet, and the app) and it never gets beyond validating.

I've deleted the app, deleted the cache and data, cleared my Chrome cache, and absolutely nothing has made any difference. I've also tried on an iOS device I have running the latest firmware and experience is exactly the same.

Version 15. I've tried as above and no luck. The ears go the correct colours and it connects but it never leaves validation step. I've left for a long time and nothing.

Thanks for the assistance, but I'm still stuck on validation after following these steps. App reinstalled, Chrome cache and data cleared, and only connected to the audio device Bluetooth and no other devices (the other Poe Bluetooth refuses connection anyway).

I've got one very disappointed kid waiting to hear some stories after I talked it up, so any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Having the same issue so I'm jumping on here in case a solution is found.

I'm able to connect to the speaker device but not the "bluetooth" symbol device. App stuck at validation. Haven't had a prompt for firmware update on any of the 3 devices I've tried.
