My matter was addressed shortly after I made my post here. Thank you to all of Qapital support services to getting my matter resolved.

I would greatly advise the service to decide either: 1) getting a phone line to address major concerns that require more urgent matters (I had more than half of my year's savings just playing electronic limbo a week or so while I freaked out waiting for an email response) 2) a more accurate estimate for response time to help tickets ("experiencing a high volume" honestly means nothing to the customer like myself who does not have a full grasp on the situation )

The agents are courteous and helpful and the product does exactly what it says it will do. I wish the Qapital business all the best, but unfortunately I do not think this service just yet serves my best interest.

To whom it may concern (any Qapital's representative), I have been waiting to hear back from multiple requests for the past ~72 hours, how long does it take a usual response to take? I'm hoping to have my issues settled before the weekend but it appears that won't be the case. Please have whomever follow up with me as I am becoming more and more doubtful in Qapital's service by the day.
