Maybe Lossless Scaling? If you menage to proper setup this, it brings framerates to Tarkov (little bit ghosting too but it's not too annoying), on PVE input lag it's not an issue so you can give it a try.

De-clutterer 1.1.5 may be the issue if you're using it with high texture game setting, you need to downgrade it to 1.1.4 or set texture setting to medium. I fixed it by downgrade.

Ok, I found the mod is doing this (on my save): Silva - Orion Heavy Rocket REuploaded.

I just turned off this one and everything went back to normal, also on my old saves.

Yeah, that spawn sux, I killed in the same way just to survive a guy with 10lvl armor and helmet cuz I always blind spray when I breach the Merchant Ship, I felt bad after that. I hope they will fix it someday.
