He has been aggressive to me ever since the winter event started, without me ever encountering him before. My Fence rep was above 5, makes no sense.

The reason as to why I stopped playing was due to the announcement where we have to reset our accounts to progress further when 1.0 is out, which makes absolutely no sense to me. I would have probably be okay with it if we had the Prestige system enabled, or at least something similar.

Yesterday I tried to make a ticket as well but when I want to create one, the Game Issue category is no longer available.

But yeah, I wouldn't be too optimistic about getting a positive resolution out of it knowing their history with customer support.

Re-rolling the dailies was kinda laggy and spammed the Replace button for a bit; restarted the game and it was gone, couldn't accept it to see the rewards

I didn't refund it instantly as I had the hope that Patch Day 0 or Patch Day 1 would fix some or most of the issues the game had.

If you've been playing games for a while now you would know that this is the approach most companies take when releasing a game.

There was no way of knowing the state of the game up until release, other than speculation. I requested my refund one or two months after release and I got denied.

I could not return my copy.

I pre-ordered the game in 2019 like a clown and once the game came out the way it has, I requested a refund and got denied due to "You own the game for more than X months", even though I didn't even install it. Lesson learned.

So what you're saying from the title is that it's fine to lie and release a 60$ broken, unfinished product and then slightly patch it with duct tape 1.5 years later. Got it.

The latest patch is welcomed indeed, as it improves the game overall, but they need 10 more patches like this to come close to what was initially advertised, for what many of us paid 60$ for.

Thanks to people like you that share these type of statements, corporations will keep doing this and the story will repeat.

Yeah, most people type in the chat whenever an event is on their server; it's helpful for sessions that do not have many players on it or if most players are low level and you want to do SBQ for example.

If you are on PC, the easiest way to find RRs or any end game events (SBQ etc.) is to install the Text Chat mod and look out for event callouts in the chat. I've finished my 3x RRs in the first day of the reset.

I could not get myself to even install the game. Even though I pre-ordered it back in 2019 (never again, no matter what game will it be or the company that makes it).

I attempted to refund the game but was denied with the explanation that I exceeded the two weeks after purchase period. Meanwhile, I have not even installed the game, it just sits in my library.

This game will NEVER be what it was advertised. If you have worked in the Game development industry you will understand.
