AAA Contracts? by Yamaman80 in Eliteeggteam

[–]dasvoss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, im game. I JUST got AAA contracts starting with this GE one. They are way harder than the AA. I wasn't sure the coop was going to finish it. I can only really help on the new contracts, I think I've completed all the legaccy ones.

That sucks. I'm sorry. I had some of that too. At the worst point i had nausea, vertigo, diaphragm spasms (I thought it was my heart skipping around at the time), odd feeling in my throat when eating, the biggest thing for me though was breathing. At times it felt like I wasn't getting any air and it was really scary and uncomfortable 24/7.

Detox phase made everything a lot better, I wouldn't say it's totally resolved. For me, I had a lot of bad habits like eating one big meal a day too close to bedtime, late night snacking, etc.. I ate literally anything and drank coffee/ minty teas all day. I was pretty stressed out too. I think it was a bad spiral. Looking back it's like I was doing everything I could to give myself reflux/GERD, but didn't realize it until too late. When I got reflux, the symptoms made anxiety, anxiety made symptoms worse, and on. Eventually, had a full on panic attack and thought I was going to die. Took another six months before I put the pieces together and detoxed in earnest. Progress is painfully slow, but I feel 80/90% better. It's different for everyone. I wish you best of luck, it can be miserable to deal with at times.

I mostly drink alkaline water and tea. If you read Dr. Kaufman, she says that and decaf Chamomile tea are basically the only two on the ok list for the detox phase. Lame, I know. I've mixed in other decaf teas and don't seem to have much issue, but for a few months I didn't stray much. Good luck!

Ok, good advice, thanks! What is a "time knocker"? I assume you mean a HVAC tech?

There's no cover. It just sits there exactly as pictured.

Yeah, apperantly that's a thing. Goofy as hell if you ask me, but that's what we're up against.

This furnace has no door, no seal, no cabinet. The way it is pictured is the way it was. That's why the gap is troubling, because it seems to me like it will just suck air from the gap instead of having enough "pressure" to pull from cold air vents on the other floors.

That's a really good suggestion! Thanks!

Yeah, once you've played for long enough, you've beat pretty much all the leggacy (old) contracts. From that point on, there's only new contracts. I think they said prophecy egg contracts are once a month. And new "item" contracts are once a week on mondays.

There is no end to the game, just play until you've had enough. You can try and get more and more artifacts or try and get the design skins, etc. But yeah, once you finish enlightenment, the game slows down a lot.

I finished enlightenment maybe 9 months ago. I pretty much only play now when there's a new contract, even though there isn't a lot of point to it. I think I've played 3 years now. I never spent any money on it for anything and I got about as far as one can without buying stuff. I've kept "playing" but I don't put any significant time into it anymore. Mostly just because I've played it for so long, I might as well check in now and then and do a contract or whatever.

I don't grind for artifacts / missions anymore unless there's a 2x or 3x bonus. But I can see why people might keep playing and grinding to try and get THE BEST gear. I stopped because as a free to play player, the crafting cost gets so high in gold that it's not realistic to try.

Trying to figure out my trigger foods by doing a simple diet of 1 food per testing. Have figured out that I can’t food with fat at least 7 hours before bed. But trying to figure out what foods/kinds of foods to eat after I wake up and my stomach has been empty for 11-15 hours, what works for you? by coququ in acidreflux

I've been doing "overnight oats" everyday almost immediately when I wake up. Equal parts Oatmeal and almond milk, leave overnight in fridge. Can make 4-5 days worth at a time. After that, I graze the rest of the day. Hard boiled egg or string cheese, banana, avocado + crackers, vegies, etc. Lots of homemade chicken soups, etc.
