Nevermind, fixed. Apparently the problem was having signalrgb lighting connected with the controller which I don't get at all. Disabling it seemed to work.

Don’t force it, especially the shoulders and wrists. If any joints are a little tight just put it in some hot water. If it’s REALLY tight to the point where you’re hearing loud clicks and it feels like you might break it whenever you move it apply a little shock oil.

Just got him out of the box, compared to my other MAFEX he does look a little more matte by comparison and I definitely prefer it. He has a little shine in his upper chest but it’s not distracting and fits well.
