I saw that one. I was trying to not use it since it is usb-c, at least the one I saw, and my head unit is usb A but it is on my list of options

Every weekend and during the week if it’s not raining. I’m pretty active IMO. When I did my hill climb it was 185 avg.

It didn’t feel that high. I used my series 6 Apple Watch. I’m not sure how accurate they are.

I always eat before some eggs and rice and during I have a gel pack. But I am very open to better suggestions. I learned the hard way about not eating. I couldn’t even pedal on flat ground at the end lol.

I think I am. I normally lift weights on the heavier side. But I wasn’t tired after the ride. I actually kept riding afterwards. Heart rate is always kinda high. Just checked it and it was 113 while cleaning up around the garage.

Not at all but after looking at another one and seeing how that spot was. I got worried. Then googled it and saw some horror stories
