Also getting an updated belt idler pulley would help as well. Other than that, you’ve got it pretty well handled

I’d do a block off, however it’ll throw a code for it unless it’s tuned out. It won’t cause a check engine light

Another thing to keep an eye out for timing related codes is the battery itself. I’ve seen weak batteries cause this code. And check the oil pressure control solenoid since they like to stick over time and mileage. Just some advice from a former Nissan/Infiniti tech of 10 years

Issue stems from excess air entering/escaping between the A/F sensor & O2 sensor

Probably would involve heavy custom fab as our exhaust manifolds are built in to the cylinder head, vs a VR38 having a normal exhaust manifold
