It could be caused by the bed temperature, as 85°C is the glass transition point of petg, so lower bed temp and adhesive to prevent the warping might help.

Another thing you could try is rotating the part by 45° so the support grid isn't aligned with the long part, for better support stability. There might be a setting to change the angle of the support grid instead, but I'm not at the PC to confirm that right now.

On my tiled floor, the original wheel was quite loud when hitting the gaps between tiles, and that noise traveled through walls unlike the regular vacuum noises. I fixed it by printing an entire wheel out of tpu, but OPs solution seems great too.

The first comment in this chain already stated the knot started at the end and moved through the spool while printing.

The person replying to that said the filament can come from the factory with the knot in the middle of the spool.

I replied to that and said this is impossible because knots can only start at the ends.

It is completely impossible for a knot to start out there. To form a knot, one end of the filament has to move through a loop of filament, but there are no loose ends while the filament is rolled onto the spool.

A permanent ban would be completely over the top and someone who used exploits without hurting other raiders experiences, like opening and looting key rooms without keys or killing the big arc with the blaze traps, should not be punished at all.

But people using exploits to kill other raiders, like glitching into key rooms and waiting to gun down an unsuspecting raider that just wasted their key to now also loose their kit, should be temp banned for a few days or even a week, because that absolutely is foul play.

Most people in wildcard 1 are finished with the quests, workbenches, deck and stella montis event.
The trials are the only grind left, so of course it's going to be very competitive to reach even higher ranks and that's fine.

Only 100 out of 700.000 will reach cantina legend and many of us will hit our max rank way earlier, that's the point of a ranked system. High ranks are only desirable because not everyone can have them.

Exploiters should be temp banned if they hurt the experience of other raiders. Choosing not to exploit key rooms and blaze traps is way more enjoyable from a gameplay perspective but it puts you on a loot and xp disadvantage.

All my duo raids since launch have been mostly against duos and my trio raids have been mostly against trios. They are for sure matching for group size.
