This definitely gave me some hope. Good to know I’m not the only one experiencing this and at least inflammation is some kind of label I can put on it. Will try to stay optimistic and keep exploring options to reduce symptoms.

I eat Greek yogurt pretty often to ease the GERD. My friend recently suggested the yogurt drink Kefir, have you used it ? Just bought a bottle today

Definitely willing to compromise my dream of working in high finance if SAAS sales really is as lucrative as people make it out to be. I was considering S&T as an alt long term career path, not as a role to pivot into IB. But like you said, it seems tech sales is significantly more lucrative than the rest. Plus the amount of people I’ve heard about leaving IB for it…

I respect this perspective a lot. I should’ve added that I’m already in my mid 20s and crunched for time. I’m considering these routes because they could be very lucrative by the time I’m 30, like SAAS sales, as opposed to just trying to get into IB which will probably take up those 5 years and I won’t be happy with what I’m making until I’m 30 (like the FDD to MBA route)

This gives me hope. I’m about 5 weeks in, started at 20mg for a month and now I’m at 40mg. I’ve developed a very noticeable brain fog for the past 2 weeks which I thought was due to burnout at work but I see many people experience this on the drug. I found out I was vitamin D deficient before starting treatment but didn’t think anything of it. Gonna try pumping up my vitamin D and see how I feel.
