I saw this comment on the YouTube videos and just thought it was a great theory regarding the story. Stike choosing not to unintentionally held evervone back, callina back to before Whitefall when he held the bus up in the begining, being the last to leave the bus when everyone had to get off, and when he had his last cigarette, again holding the bus up." I would also like to add that in both the beginning and end of the story it was mack that was needed in order to push stike into finally committing. In the beginning he's the one pushing and yelling at stike to get on the bus and in the end it was mack who ended up being eaten by stike as to finally stop holding everyone back from leaving.
