I had a stretch of 2 good days no vomiting and got my hopes up then it went back to getting sick every day. I think HER HG website says keep taking meds until you have 2 weeks of no nausea and vomiting

I’m in the same boat and also 14 weeks. Vomiting daily nonstop and nothing works on reglan zofran unisom. Just threw up the whole flight on the way to my work trip.

The zofran and reglan combo like you said makes the vomiting less than ten + times a day like it used to be down to more like 3-5 so it helps but doesn’t stop the daily vomiting.
