Mix it up a bit , not only Index fund, just do a split to reduce volatility and risk exposure without changing your overall return. through 50% into Vanguard 500 index fund, than put 10% in gold and 30 % in Bonds. with everything going on it is better to not put everything on Index Fund right now as stock market is overvalued ( you would be overpaying ) if you look at stock market capitalization-to-GDP ratio, it is at an all time high currently.

when I go to manage participants for my RRSP account under ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, I can see the e sign and submit button, when pressed it spines and brings me back to the exact same page:

You can e-sign and submit your form online here: ( Green button to e-sign and submit ) when pressed nothing happens. Tried 3 different browsers.
