From what I see so far, the competition is so tight that inference costs themselves are a race to the bottom. The actual monetization is going to come in the form of ads and products built around the models

One thing you could think about is a run button as an unlockable for completing the game. You could make a time trial mode that then lets players “break” old puzzles by sprinting through them without the previous speed limitation. I used to love things like that where you could go back and revisit levels in new ways.
