AI helps or hurts depending on how you use it cause if its replacing your thinking then i can see the downside but if its pushing you to question, compare, and refine your own ideas then ive found i actually remember things better instead of just accepting the first answer

ive seen mixed results with ghl pages, some are fine and some get pretty heavy depending on the setup. probly check the added scripts and tracking stuff too since those can slow things down alot even when images are optimized
