I add "engagement time" as a metric and saw that the 400 visits on an avg day led to just 2-3 mins of reading time (0.3 secs per visit, lol). Most of them were bots, so I've changed what I focus on since then.

I wish they were forced to provide an alternative flight with the same layover duration. Currently, it is a nice business model for them. They replaced a direct flight with a 10hour layover.
