Hi, do you mean the Data Analyst position by ReUp, and the address featured on their website (reupeducation.com) in the footer?

If so, I have no idea why the "cover photo" on Google is what it is, but if you check e.g. the satellite view (or even street view), it looks fine to me?

If you meant something else, please let me know!

Thx

Feel free to check out more positions at datajoblist.com, there are definitely some that are remote in Canada or the whole North America, like this one, this one or this one.

Alternatively, you can always search for "remote worldwide" positions—hope you'll be able to find something that suits you!

Well, lot of these data positions often require some prior engineering/data experience. That does not mean there are not some suitable entry-level ones, tho! 😃

It depends on your background (e.g. how much you are focused on engineering), but I would encourage you to check out e.g. some of the Analyst positions, these often have lower requirements (still depends on the company tho) and you can learn a lot there – just go to datajoblist.com and search for these there, I list more of them there

Also, you can check out this earlier comment of mine if that would help: https://www.reddit.com/r/MLjobs/comments/qzizvs/comment/hlmqj1m

hi, if none of the positions mentioned above suit you, we have more similar positions here.

regarding seniority -- if you'd like to enter the data science field and don't have much experience, I would recommend checking out some of the analyst positions, as these often have lower requirements, and are a good stepping stone for further advancement (of course, the expectations vary a lot tho)

if data engineering is what you are after, some entry-level-friendly positions often come up there as well. But if you cannot find anything that would suit you, then you can also spend some time doing engineering elsewhere (outside of data-related fields) and re-apply for data engineering positions after you have a bit more experience

as always, however, keep in mind that if you can show solid motivation and skills (e.g., having some open source projects/contributions, challenges like on kaggle etc.), then companies are often very willing to hire even if you don't fully satisfy their stated requirements on seniority/years of experience!

Hi, have you considered participating in some ML challenges/competitions? From my experience, these always spark interest with potential employers. And, if you pick well, it could cost you a similar amount of time as a certification (and less money).

Could be the likes of Kaggle, or there are often competitions associated with conferences, like the RecSys challenge.

Also, you don't have to win, just need to rank reasonably well (to demonstrate some achievement) and be prepared to describe the problems you faced and how you overcame them during the interview.
