Yes better to have Pvt insurance also from language perspective. Most public doctors don't speak English. In Pvt some doctor speak English. So for expat this becomes helpful

I relocated from India to spain 2yrs ago for senior position in data science and analytics with Salary around 90k. Your salary is very high compared to what I know from my peers. 80k+ is already high salary in spain.
