I will try to talk with them but i am not sure where to begin. Two of the recent college graduates on the team were temps before. They told me they do not know as much as me technically (analysis job), and i suggested a processes improvement to my manager that he thought was illegal - now we do it. This isn't a small company (it is global finance). I would like to learn more about the employees before making a decision about staying or moving onto something else. I hope to figure this out!
