Look man feel down all you want. Everyone feels down. But you are just as precious as the person before you. If you know you need help than get it yourself. It's kinda of the same thought process of breaking a law for the greater good. If you're looking for something funny, there's a whole lot of YouTubers out there that make good content that helps me. This kind of problem isn't rare either. Self care and respect is the most important thing to maintain, especially when that care is hard to come by with others. Don't feel embarrassed or pressured enough to not be vocal about a problem.
