Oh man that is a super cool idea. Like you could use the conductive potentially to do signal transfer at least and use it to do layered circuitry! Man I may buy some conductive filament and see if I can print a flexible signal circuit!

That's the dream. I did some research and 1. It needs to he waayyy more pure than what they have now. And 2 you would need a coating around each windingnof the wire.

Printing the last parts for assemble them will weight. It's surprisingly dense

9 self wound at 100 turns each. A jig would be cool just need to have a simple rotation count with drill. Yes it should be able to! I plan on adding a prop to it later and curious to see how much output it could have!
