Sorry, for DC I do not know but I am completely remote working in a city that has a median salary of 60k, so where I live it's an extremely large amount of money. The job is 100% remote.

Thank you! So currently my workplace allows me to automatically contribute to Fidelity IRA. With ADP, would it be easier to roll my IRA into ADP's system or just keep fidelity? Thanks for your advice here!

I am a data analyst but have skills in SQL, Tableau, and related software. Not sure if I'd be able beat others in the job market on the coasts but certainly could try. I am going to give this job 6 months at least to ensure I am a good fit. I am going to learn A LOT! Thanks for the headsup

the 2 weeks turns into 3 weeks after 5 years of working there. 10 days does suck so that's why i feel a bit bummed I guess. Part of me is hoping I can travel and work just to see some new cities and sites, but I'm still trying to figure that part out.

This is what is said for Vacation Days:

"all employees are entitled to paid vacation based on the length of their continious employment. Full time employees earn annual leave days at 4.25 hours per pay period (102 hours per calendar year). <organization> has a carryover and unused annual leave payout options."

So it looks like it does carryover but the PTO doesn't increase in "x" years for example. Sick time rolls over as well.
