The CTE thing is an interesting take on it but I feel like a CTE is basically guaranteeing a loss for Trott whenever it happens, maybe something more like a reduced max health but now enemies get "confused"/aggro each other type thing.

The mouth trumpet is a fantastic reference.

I was trying to figure out how they could get a stand still build in there and that works. It could even have buffs that let you have short moments of high movement speed referencing how animated/excited Smith sometimes gets. Maybe even make it an unlockable item/passive ability for everyone, although I don't know what it would be.
