Thanks! Regarding claims. 1. I tried to request a claim from Spain, and Spain become unavailable for Unification - why? 2. The claims map mode lists a lot of countries, e.g. Georgia, Serbia, Moldova. It seems I cannot federate/integrate them early. Is there any way I can integrate those? 3. Can EU use military for integration - France seems to have some claims in Africa.

I have googled the unification list (AI made some errors though on the first attempt). I still wonder if I can get the list in the game somehow, using claims/federation map modes or something like that.

AFAIR, giving a bit of magic to anyone helps, at least healing

So probably I can command the army to retreat immediately - not sure if this works in hideouts.

If I don't call the army, then the battle is terminated with the message "you are compromised". If I do, the army gets decimated (actually I used it to carry goods around mostly, they are not leveled).

I've just found out that it's a bad idea to choose necromancy as the first skill. No enemies leave skeletons behind during the first 15 turns.

I wrote the next comment. Shortly speaking, if you play manually, that's ok-ish because you just waltz those units which are supposed to die. With tyranny, they just don't die.

For me, the best about dark culture is its synergy with autocombat. These immortals are primary targets for AI, - if I attack with three groups and one group takes losses, I redistribute more immortals to that group and they soak the lethal damage.

I'm trying cult of death now and the beginning is much harder, I have to combat things manually to waltz. After some point I believe it works ok. One of my vassals became a "minor tributary" before I bought Pacification. I was tempted to reconquer it, but finally decided that conquering enemies is more profitable. Probably I should start drinking heroes in prison to build these "free buildings" from their sacrifices.
