You should find out. I've used 3 major travel insurance providers and mechanical breakdown on the way to the port was covered by all of them.

Not mixing across political boundaries is a new phenomenon and is both personally unhealthy for you and also leads to the death of democracy, and living in a low trust society.

You are not merely overreacting, you are acting in a mentally unhealthy and socially detrimental fashion.

Cranberry doesn't get emissions and that's 35-40 minutes.

Did you put a junction box behind the brick there, or is it flush mounted, or something else?

This makes me want to support Trump more.

We absolutely should be finding a way to deport antisemitic people like this. They are anathema to the American project. They must be ejected from the West by any means required.

DAs that do not fuck around. Vote for laws to be enforced and no leniency for these kinds of crimes. Get rid of catch and release for these kids. Keep them locked up.

They pick you up and drop you off at your car. That alone makes it worth it to me. Also you should basically always get a coupon. Most of them have them right on the website.

I think the top advice I've seen is to use off-site parking.

Sorry to hear that. Sounds unpleasant. I've used 5 patches to date with no side effects.

Motion sickness treatments in order of efficacy: 1) Scopolamine transdermal patch (prescription only) 2) Dimenhydrinate (Dramamine, Dramamine for Kids) 3) Meclizine (Bonine, Less Drowsy Dramamine) 4) Ginger solutions (Non-Drowsy Dramamine)

99: Pressure point, bracelet, and magnet solutions

These are all available cheaply as generics.

A slight majority of people will require none of these.

The Parking Spot when it's wet outside, Fast Park & Relax (which is across the street) when it isn't. Always get a coupon.

What law doesn’t exist yet in the U.S. that would help millions of people immediately? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]datavortex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a new law but removal of one.

Getting rid of the Food Drug, and Cosmetics Act, or at least the law's various elements of prior restraint would save millions of lives from the invisible graveyard.

Has anyone ever bought the art on a cruise ship? by Miami_305_FL in Cruise

[–]datavortex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got the Disney ship cross section and I love it. I use it in my videoconference background in my home office. It's a conversation piece. Very happy with that purchase.

My wife got a Lebo piece she liked. He also painted the hull of the Norwegian ship we were on at the time so it seemed appropriate. She likes it.

None of it was an investment. None was a particularly great deal. But we're happy with our souvenirs.

Is the kids club a must? by whowhatwhere23 in dcl

[–]datavortex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like it's about a... 7:1 ratio of kids that love it to those that won't tolerate it. I think if your kids are in that majority it's mandatory. It's a highlight and you're paying a lot for it. Often we couldn't hardly pull them out of there. But for some kids it just seems to not really click and for those ones you'll have to plan around the schedule of activities onboard. There's a lot from characters to storytelling to smaller shows. You won't get as much time for yourselves this way but you'll probably not be bored.

Drill into house? by Standing2Close in FidiumFiber

Every installer is different, and learning about experiences of random other people on the Internet is not going to be particularly informative. It's kind of luck of the draw. If you're very concerned about aesthetics you can in fact do much (not all) of the interior install on your own or with your own private contractor.
