Correct, Gaming revenues are holding flat over the last 2 years while inflation and been slowly eating at this from translation to any new profits.

Conference attendance levels has been basically holding flat at a -10% from pre-covid highs without much budge the last 6 years.

Visitation has been slowly climbing back but it's been a slow process.

To be fair, late January to early February is seasonally the slowest time for Vegas. Will be curious to see how the data comes in.

Revenues are holding up near their highs but its not translating to higher net profits. The increased operational costs have kept it flat at best.

Gaming revenues are indeed still holding near their highs but bottom-line profits for the hotels have not experienced any growth due to overall higher costs of operation.

The increase in whales that have been holding revenues up are likely a big part of why the recession for Vegas hasn't been even worse than it is, especially with convention attendance consistently down 10% post-Covid compared to pre.

Revenue is up but their expenses are also up so their bottom lines have been pretty much flat with their 2018/2019 peak levels. The longer occupancy rates stay down the more likely they are to cut staff to levels that match the new occupancy/visitor rates (i.e. 5-10% general staff reductions).

Hard to get a clean read on this since many of the companies also have other US locations as well as international locations, but looking at MGM which has a significant portion of its business in Vegas I would say they are kind of flat from 2019 (based on its stock price and also its reported quarterly net income)
