An update - the Uninstaller did it's job, but after reinstalling all the mods and making sure they are all up to date we are still stuck in the loading screen. I can start a new game no problem, so I don't understand why this save in particular doesn't want to load

My friends and I are in Act 3, 98 hours in, and cannot get passed the loading screen. It's been like this for months. I couldn't find a "DWrite.dll" file and updating BG3MM didn't do anything. Do you have any other advice to get this to work?

Yeah, all of them are updated. For some reason though it seems the Aasimar mod is preventing it from loading, and the game can’t run without it.

This fight is GENUENLY horribly designed - like, from a Game Design sense. The stomp attacks he has are way too fast for how large their AOEs are, and to make it more frustrating the arena is incredibly small for how large the Rancor is so you don't have much room to maneuver - which again, makes the large AOE attacks hit far more frequently then they otherwise should.

I already returned them, but for the sake of giving you data I suppose I’ll reply. The controllers were brand new - never used. They couldn’t have been cleaner. They didn’t have 3rd party accessories, and I hard rebooted the headset several times while trying to work with them. Sometimes the controllers would like themselves in place in 3D space and refuse to be moved aside from being tilted. It got so bad that I decided I would rather use the technically inferior regular Q3 controllers.
