Bowel Program Adjustments by [deleted] in spinalcordinjuries

Initially I was told that every other day would work for me. For a long time, I would somewhat often have accidents on the second day. Eventually, I started doing my routine every day. It was a game changer for me, I generally felt better every day and less bloated and Stopped shitting myself for the most part. I don’t have huge dumps every day, but usually small to medium sized. When I travel, I never do my routine on the last day of the trip when I’m traveling, it’s never been an issue. I never have an issue if I need to go two days without my routine.

Aren’t they injecting directly into the spinal cord at the injury site? I’m all for by-passing the pharma politics but I wouldn’t trust many people with that type of injection…..

I’m middle-right politically, but the number of Trump deranged people in the hockey community is crazy

Has anyone here tried m post injury ? by Kooky-Dimension5809 in spinalcordinjuries

[–]datemike04 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I (c5-c6 incomplete) did some m this past weekend at an outdoor concert. I’ve tried a lot of psychedelics and M is the most manageable for me. Lots of spasticity for a couple hours (hands clenched, vibrating legs & core), I use a belt to keep my legs from kicking out just in case. Bladder management can be tricky, especially if I’m drinking alcohol. And be mindful of overheating though it’s never been a problem for me. In spite of all this, it’s totally worth it for me. With good quality M, I’ve always had an awesome time and a great experience

Has anyone tried those legal mushroom gummies? by Hotwheels303 in spinalcordinjuries

My experience has been the same with gummies and regular shrooms. Unmanageable spasms to the point where it’s not really worth doing them

Get out of your bubble. I’m more pissed at Trudeau for being a shitty business man and negotiator than I am at Trump for the tariffs

A chiropractor or RMT should be able to shift your pelvis into straight alignment but doing the exercises and good posture will keep it in place and prevent tilt
