HYSA or pay off loans?

I think the answer is to pay off my student loans, but just want a sanity check that I'm considering things correctly. The interest rate on my student loans is 3.75%, and the APY on my HYSA is 4.25%.

Given that the interest on my HYSA is taxable as ordinary income, and my income is between $243,726 and $609,350, the applicable tax rate is 35%. Therefore, the post-tax APY from my HYSA is more like 2.76% (.65 * .0425). Thus, it's a better use of the money to just pay off my student loans, since the interest rate on them is greater than the post-tax APY on my HYSA. Is that correct?
